We offer quick turnaround times on all repairs. Please keep in mind that you’ll need to pay for shipping both ways if you choose to ship your PC for repairs.
If we need to buy test parts for diagnosing your systems, you’ll be responsible for paying for them. If the part doesn’t resolve the issues and you choose not to proceed with further repairs, the cost of the parts is non-refundable. If it isn’t needed and you proceed with repairs, the cost will be credited toward the final repair cost.
We request that you send photos of your PC or the issue beforehand to help avoid any confusion if damage occurs during the repair or shipping process. We’re not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, so please pack your PC carefully and use proper insurance to make sure that everything arrives safely.
